About the project

Caye Chapel is a resort and private-residence development on a private island in Belize, surrounded by six miles of white-sand beaches and next to the Belize Barrier Reef Reserve System. Four Seasons' plans include a hotel, 24 private residences, overwater bungalows, an 18-hole golf course, a marina and the Fabien Cousteau Adventure Center. The community combines hospitality, residential living and island amenities. Axioma provides project-management services.
