A 95,937 m² commercial development that reimagines the concept of the shopping plaza: open streets, gardens and a parish church as the community anchor instead of air-conditioned corridors. Axioma provided Administrative Management for 5 years (2013–2018), coordinating 785 work orders and 3,079 purchase orders with 96 contractors, achieving a complete and orderly administrative close-out.
