About the project

Verde Mar Living is the first real-estate development by Axioma Desarrollos: a 5-story tower with 29 apartments and a rooftop with gym, pool and grill area in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Axioma Proyectos accompanied the process from the definition of the business model through to turnkey delivery, resolving challenges such as a foundation re-engineering and the departure of the main contractor at 85% progress, without compromising quality or schedule.
